The product is unused, undamaged, and retains its original functionality;
The product’s outer packaging, accessories, and instruction manual are complete;
The problem is not caused by human damage or improper use.

II. Cases Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Orders exceeding the return/exchange period;
Products that have been used, washed, or significantly affect resale;
Damage caused by improper personal use;
Products used due to personal preference.

III. Quality Issue Description
If the product you received has any of the following issues, please contact us within 14 days:
The product has manufacturing defects;
Severe damage during transportation;
The received goods do not match the order.
After confirmation, we will provide you with exchange, replacement, or refund services, and we will bear the relevant shipping costs.

IV. Return Process
Contact customer service via email and submit your order number and a description of the problem;
Customer service will confirm your eligibility for return and provide the return address;
Ship the product back as instructed and provide tracking information;
After we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, we will process the refund or exchange.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

V. Refund Instructions
